INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all therapy. I approach individual therapy on an individual basis with each individual. Using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Person-Centered or Humanistic Psychology, treatment plans are tailored to each unique set of circumstances to optimize improvement based on immediate and long-term goals.

I work primarily with adults, those going through life transitions (for example, graduation, job changes, a recent move, plans to return to school, changes in family structure, etc.), people experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, dual-diagnoses, personality disorders, grief, and anyone seeking to make changes in their life but they aren't sure where to begin.

TRAUMA TREATMENT
Trauma can be defined as any major change or upheaval in one's life that causes distress and/or discomfort. A diagnosis of PTSD is not necessary to treat traumatic experiences and trauma responses do not necessarily mean a diagnosis of PTSD is warranted.

If you are experiencing anxiety, anxiety-like symptoms, depression, depression-like symptoms, or general distress related to something that has occurred in your past or is currently ongoing, you may benefit from learning more about trauma treatment.

I utilize several evidence-based treatments for trauma which allows for individualized treatment planning that targets specific problem areas.
