Over the past twenty years, I've dedicated myself to the study of psychology. For the fifteen years, I've had the privilege of applying that knowledge by working with many different people in a wide variety of settings. I was trained as a generalist in a scientist-practitioner program where the science of psychology was prioritized along with the clinical practice of psychology. With this background, I am able to provide services that meet the unique needs of each individual with whom I work.
The primary components of therapeutic change within my practice involve active participation, collaboration between myself and my clients, and authentic connection that allows for honest and direct communication.
